Rhea School collection of papers, 1912.

Consists of a March 6, 1912, closing exercises program from the Rhea School of Sullivan County, Tenn. Also included are two pages from Thelma Barnes' Adventures in Education: Sullivan County, 1773-1983. These pages include a phtograph and a description of the Rhea School. This collection contains a material culture example of an early 20th century one-room school located in Appalachian Tennessee. The program lists the names of the teacher, students, and the titles of their recitations.
